Study in Canada

1. Percentage varies by universities. Some universities accept overall 65% marks in undergraduate or postgraduate such as- Cape Breton University, Lambton College, Kwantlen Polytechnic University etc., some universities accept 60% marks in undergraduate or postgraduate such as ISI, CDE College, Matrix College, Yorkville University etc. Some universities accept overall 55% marks (with good marks in 3 main core subjects) such as Yorkville University, St. Claire College etc.

2. Work experience is acceptable with valid proof.

3. In order to study at Canadian University or to have Student Visa for Canada in Pune, the candidates must be accepted and enrolled at a designated learning institution.  Only some post-secondary schools are designated. Apart from that, all the other primary and secondary schools are automatically designated. 

4. The students also need to show that they have sufficient money to pay the   tuition fees, and other expenses like living, food, and traveling expense. Along with that, one needs to also show the return transportation expenses of accompanying family members. 

5. They must have no criminal record and may be required to obtain a police certificate. They must be healthy and may be required for a medical exam.

6. Along with the candidates must show proof to the visa officer that they will leave Canada once they are done with their studies, however, in case a student wants to stay and work in Canada after graduation there are options available for that too.

7. One also needs to show medical proof, which should state that the person is healthy and doesn’t have a chronic disease. If required, you can be asked to participate in a medical examination. 

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) may also be needed in case the student is a citizen of a country from which Temporary Resident Visas are required for entry into Canada.
